What You’ll Do
- Actively prospect and hunt for new business through consistent weekly and daily efforts, including cold calling, canvassing, social media outreach, and networking events
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions
- Sell managed IT services, VoIP, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, and software
- Prepare and deliver IT equipment proposals for SMB clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with professionalism and precision
- Maintain accurate records of outreach (calls, emails, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
What You Bring
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational habits
- Demonstrated closing skills with persistence and confidence
- Professional phone etiquette and comfort with cold outreach
- Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales planning, product knowledge, and a clear understanding of IT customer needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Infusionsoft or Salesforce
