Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an IT Project Manager in Beachwood, OH. This position offers a pay range of $3260 to $3438 weekly for a 17-week assignment. The shift is 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts starting at 08:00.

About the Role

Responsible for managing various IT projects within the healthcare setting, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project success and meeting client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop project plans.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate project status to clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in IT project management.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change requests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and Epic charting system.
