IT Operator - General Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated IT Operator to support our operations in Pensacola. This role is integral to managing technology requests and involves hands-on technical work in a dynamic environment. The position requires a professional who is capable of working a standard schedule with the flexibility for occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday work based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute tasks related to large-scale hardware deployments.
• Provide support for virtual desktop environments.
• Handle logistics and IT asset management duties.
• Participate in projects related to Microsoft 365.
• Work under office furniture to install and move equipment.
• Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience with virtual desktop environments and large-scale hardware deployments. Background in logistics and IT asset management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 projects.
• Work Requirements: Must be a US Citizen. Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an equivalent form of federally accepted identification. Ability to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule onsite, with availability for overtime, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required by project deadlines and operational needs. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in constrained spaces, such as under desks.
