IT Network Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including firewalls, site-to-site VPN connections between multiple locations, VOIP phone systems (Call Manager), and data backups and disaster recovery solutions.
• Maintain and support key business applications, including CRM and ERP systems.
• Perform new user setup in Active Directory.
• Configure new VOIP phones and support telephony-related requests.
• Deploy new computers and servers, and maintain existing hardware.
• Set up remote users and ensure secure remote access capabilities.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and manage IT-related projects and purchases.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT/network administration or similar role
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with firewalls, VOIP systems, and multi-site connectivity
• Proficiency in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Experience managing and supporting ERP and CRM systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
• IT certifications (e.g., Network+, CCNA, MCSA/MCSE) preferred but not required
