IT Manager – Power Apps & Development Team
Responsibilities
The IT Manager will assist stakeholders in understanding business needs, develop efficient solutions, and guide the development team in creating applications that enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and project management, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- 2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience leading development teams and overseeing project delivery
- 5+ years of overall software development experience
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Power Apps solutions and automated workflows
- Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated success managing full software development lifecycles (planning through deployment)
- Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solutions Architect, Project management and Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a clearance within 90 days of hire
- Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the card within 90 days of hire
