IT- Manager - Power Apps & Development Team

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying low-code/no-code applications.
• Knowledge of agile, waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, and cloud-based solutions.
• Grasp of SQL, Dataverse, and data integration techniques.
• Awareness of IT governance, security policies, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge in streamlining workflows using Power Automate and AI-based automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party integrations within the Power Platform.
• IT project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for building user-friendly applications.
• Yaqui culture, customs, resources, and traditions, or a willingness to learn.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining performance and security.
