IT Field Technician (Tulsa)

About the Role

This is a contract, fully onsite position based in Tulsa, OK. The role involves technical support, networking, and infrastructure tasks with a focus on the following technologies:

• Cisco/Aruba networking
• VSAT systems
• Ubiquiti Radios
• Microsoft SCCM/Intune
• Citrix (Workspace, Published Apps, Desktops)
• Mobile device management (iOS enrollment, app deployment, updates)
• Active Directory (EUC concepts, user and computer object management)
• Group Policy (basic understanding)
• UPS configuration

Responsibilities

• Technical support for desktop and network systems
• Rack and stack equipment
• Cable installation (Cat5, Cat6, Fiber, etc.)
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network communications
• Windows 10 and 11 upgrades and feature updates
• Microsoft Office application installation and troubleshooting
• LAN/WAN technology support
• Travel as required

Requirements

• Intermediate-level experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in desktop support and software troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows 10 and 11
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting
• Understanding of network communications and LAN/WAN technologies

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
