Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems
• Assist with network and cabling installations
• Repair and sell PCs and related equipment
• Set up and maintain video surveillance and door access control systems
• Deliver cybersecurity training and support
• Provide high-speed internet installation and support services
