About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead high-visibility projects through the full project lifecycle. The role involves managing corporate IT facilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects including structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio-visual/collaboration systems, clinical labs, voice, physical security, network hardware refreshes, firewall upgrades, and OS patching.

The ideal candidate will adopt and enhance our project planning and delivery processes, contribute to strategy and roadmap discussions, and ensure successful project execution. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts and IT architects to analyze project requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop robust IT infrastructure frameworks.

This is a high-energy, multicultural work environment requiring a self-starter who can work with minimal guidance. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with ISI standards, processes, and governance.
  • Create, deliver, and manage project schedules, scopes, budgets, risks, and dependencies across global organizations.
  • Oversee infrastructure initiatives including structured cabling, network upgrades, wireless deployments, compute and storage modernization, and OS patching.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, collaboration rooms, Security, and IT teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive vendor management activities, including RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM/ROM validation, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure all project documentation—including ROMs, BOMs, design packages, and technical assessments—is reviewed internally and approved by IT stakeholders before business presentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status reporting, and executive updates for high-visibility initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to project delivery processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and facilitate regular project team meetings, coordinate action items, record minutes, and communicate plans.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage large IT initiatives while anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Provide meaningful insights using tools like CAD Viewer, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, Tableau, Anaplan, PowerPoint, and Lucid charts for day-to-day project activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure and Facilities projects.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing Low Voltage Cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF & IDF design/implementation, Network infrastructure setup, and Cell DAS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies (WAN/LAN/WLAN), structured cabling, AV/collaboration systems, and physical security infrastructure.
  • Experience leading server OS upgrades, patching cycles, hardware refresh programs, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, high-visibility projects across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on consistency, standardization, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of vendor and budget management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large IT Infrastructure & Facilities projects.
  • Solid analytical mindset with the ability to define and build dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities who can drive projects to completion.
  • Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in fast-paced IT Infrastructure, Security, and IT Facilities projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or IT.
  • Active PMP certification is required (full name, current location, and certificate number must be mentioned on the first page of your resume).
  • Expertise in Project Management Tools such as Anaplan and Smartsheet.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications and collaboration tools like Zoom.
