IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale IT operational fleet projects and support Dry Dock deployments. This role requires strong project management, communication, and procurement skills.

Job Description

This position will oversee the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently. Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-team efforts, managing business and IT expectations, validating budgets, overseeing procurement processes, facilitating design conversations, obtaining sign-offs, communicating project progress, and supporting deployment activities as needed.

Required

• 3-5+ years of infrastructure project management experience
• Familiarity with project methodologies in a Waterfall environment
• Understanding of Enterprise Technologies and their application
• Proficiency in MS Projects or similar tools
• Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills for business presentations and large audience discussions
• HR skills, including team building, performance evaluations, coaching, and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

PREFERRED

• PMP certification
• Previous shipboard experience
• Experience managing large, complex projects

Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
