IT Equipment Coordinator, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

About the role

The successful IT Equipment Coordinator will provide assistance to the operations team by maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and maintaining general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Manage the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
• Support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed.

Requirements

• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift.
• Stand/walk for 10-12 hours at a time.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills

• Experience in procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as IT lifecycle.
• Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting.
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience with software or hardware troubleshooting and device connectivity.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
