Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, coordinating projects, logging and following up on guest requests, and supporting the reservations team.

• Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering Champion Alice system
• Coordinate projects
• Log and follow up on guest requests
• Support reservations team

Requirements

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areas
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasks
• Ability to climb stairs and access various levels of the property
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devices
• Visual acuity to review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detail
• Quick response to operational needs in a fast-paced environment
• Tolerance for moderate noise levels typical of hotel operations
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings
