Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers and technical SMEs to create Change Requests (CR) in ServiceNow for IT Infrastructure and Network upgrades and deployments
- Cook up and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items.
- Coordinate with IT Engineers to implement the changes
- Track and manage ServiceNow Change Requests
- Collect status from IT Engineers on the status of changes and prepare a consolidated status report
- Create and share meeting agendas, as well as the distribution of follow-up notes and action items
- Validate change documentation, risk assessments, implementation plans, and rollback plans
- Perform additional duties and ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Must have good understanding of IT Change Management processes
- Must have experience have creating IT Change Requests
- Must have ServiceNow experience
- Knowledge of infrastructure/network components
- Schedule and facilitate CAB meetings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills, be very detail-oriented, and mission-accomplish focused
