IT Business Systems Support

Job Description

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Canonsburg office. We are seeking an IT Business Systems Support professional to help our team support and improve the business applications that keep our operations running—ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and more. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or business systems career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and helping users succeed. Understanding Business Process and implementing it in business systems is a key success factor for this role.

Skills Required

• Usage and support for ERP/CRM and other business applications
• Develop Business reporting as required by business
• Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions
• Aid with setup, and basic system configuration
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Support data imports/exports and routine system tasks
• Participate in testing for updates, patches, and small enhancements
• Support procurement, inventory, and project tracking processes
• Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate as needed
• Work with engineering and operations teams to align system data with business processes

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Two (2) years of experience is preferred
• One (1) year of experience with SAP is preferred
