IT Business Relationship Partner - Albany

Duties

• Acts as the IT service delivery and communication lead for their assigned entities for project updates and status, scheduled and unscheduled downtimes, and other critical events
• Works with the Business Relationship Partnership (BRP) team, the Director of TP&G, and Clinical Ops to implement, and optimize strategic, tactical, and operational planning and governance processes that focus on aligning our strategic themes to the work performed to ensure value creation that drives business outcomes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• PMP - Project Mgmt Professional from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
• Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute is preferred.
• Five years of championing organizational evolution, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions is required.
