Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Partner: Improve the operational processes related to the Fourth Shift ERP System, Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management System and Advanced Production Scheduling System.
• Work with functional managers (Quality, Finance, Manufacturing) and guide them on best practices to improve productivity leading to achieving their business goals.
• As part of the wider Information Systems team, proactively interact with business leaders and other team members to improve core business practices.
• Vendor Management: serve as a liaison between internal end users and external support partners.

Qualifications

• Experience, Education, Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Business Administration. 5 years working within a global manufacturing organization, in an IS/IT function. 5 years of ERP based project management experience (Infor or Fourth Shift preferred).
• Experience: Experience in dealing with business users with differing levels of knowledge (executive staff, project sponsors, subject matter experts, end users). Experience in delivering training on complex topics.
