IT Business Partner

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to translate long-term goals into functional requirements and digital roadmaps
• Facilitate steering reviews to track project statuses and prioritize resources
• Support the construction of business cases for proposed technology investments
• Manage organizational readiness for deploying new software platforms
• Maintain technology capability register for business segments, balancing stability and feature modifications
• Streamline application intake by consolidating business requests into shared platforms
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project outputs match functional needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable
• Master's degree in a technical or business management field preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in information technology strategy, business relationship management, or technical program delivery
• Experience coordinating large-scale digital deployments and system integrations in complex environments
• Broad technical literacy across application suites, cloud ecosystems, and CRM systems

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
