IT Business Analysis Manager I/II
What will you do?
- Coach, mentor, and develop the skills of team members.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster a culture of continuous skill development within the team.
- Advance the product and technical maturity within teams and across the department by collaborating with product owners, business analysts, engineers, architects, and others involved.
- Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and followed within the team to provide solutions' consistency, readability, and maintainability.
What are we looking for?
- Three or more years related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements.
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally.
- SQL knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of the organization and individuals outside of the organization, including vendors.
