IT Applications Support Technician, Factory Software

What To Expect The Application Support Technician will provide essential support to the manufacturing floor, addressing various needs such as coordinating and delegating tasks, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining printers, reviewing SOPs, processing data, and delivering tactical support for implementing changes. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead and motivate the team, fostering strong, positive relationships to build a cohesive and successful group. Please note that this position requires full-time onsite presence.
