Responsibilities
- Work in a collaborative, Agile environment to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and ensure system reliability.
- Serve as a key liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors—investigating incidents, resolving issues, and contributing to system improvements.
- Support system testing, upgrades, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics platforms: such as Infios (HighJump), e2open (BluJay/Kewill), Datex, or Acumatica is highly valued.
Qualifications
- At least an associate degree in Computer Sciences, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of related business experience
- A High-level of Structured Query Language (SQL) knowledge
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
