ISS Representative, IAG1 - AR

About the role

The Amazon Operations Team is seeking ISS Representatives to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling strong operational goals within fulfillment centers. ISS Representatives will communicate instructions to associates, motivate them, and ensure work areas remain safe.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them

• Support operations leaders and associates in achieving strong operational results

Requirements

• Must be located outside 50 miles from the launch site
• Not eligible for another launch bonus in the current calendar year
• Hired within 30 days of first receive (FR)
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work a flexible schedule/shift, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent education
• Preferred: 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Pay

The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift selected. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
