Responsibilities

• Deliver professional pest control services with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers from greeting to follow-up
• Plan and execute daily tasks efficiently in a structured environment
• Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record
• Represent Pest-End with integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• State pesticide applicator’s license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time, with overtime during busy season

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, and sit
• Occasionally reach, climb, balance, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Use ladders for specific services
• Close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception required
