Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company positively
• Plan and execute daily tasks efficiently in a structured environment
• Maintain a safe driving record and operate company vehicles responsibly
• Uphold high standards of customer service from initial greeting to final follow-up

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• State pesticide applicators license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time, with overtime during busy seasons

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, and sit
• Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Use ladders for specific services
• Possess close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Pay

$21–$26 per hour
