Responsibilities
- Perform pest control services with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and positively with customers from greeting to follow-up
- Drive safely and manage daily tasks with strong planning and awareness
- Represent the company well in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- State pesticide applicators license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires)
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time, with overtime during busy season
Physical Requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, and sit
- Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Use ladders for specific services
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
Pay
$20–$26 hourly wage
