Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services with professionalism and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers from greeting to follow-up
• Drive safely and manage daily tasks with strong planning and awareness
• Represent the company well in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• State pesticide applicators license (paid training and certification provided for non-licensed new hires)
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work full-time, with overtime during busy season

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, and sit
• Occasionally reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
• Use ladders for specific services
• Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Pay

$20–$26 hourly wage
