IP Litigation Associate

About the role

The firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its nationally recognized Intellectual Property practice group in its New York office. This opportunity involves working with market-leading attorneys on high-stakes patent litigation matters, exposure to both district court and ITC proceedings, direct client engagement, and opportunities for early responsibility.

Responsibilities

- Work with market-leading attorneys on high-stakes patent litigation matters - Exposure to both district court and ITC proceedings - Direct client engagement and opportunities for early responsibility

Requirements

- 3–4 years of patent litigation experience at a major law firm or IP boutique - A technical background (engineering, computer science, or life sciences) is preferred, but not required with strong litigation experience - Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills - Strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school - Admission to the New York or D.C. Bar

- Base salary range of $260,000 to $310,000 depending on experience
