About the role
The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, handling patent litigation cases. They will be responsible for managing complex litigation matters, collaborating with clients, and providing strategic advice.Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate complex intellectual property disputes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective strategies
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Work closely with other members of the legal team to ensure seamless case management
- Provide expert witness testimony when necessary
Requirements
- Three to seven years of experience in intellectual property litigation
- A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence
- An active bar license in the state in which they reside or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible
