Intellectual Property Litigation Associate

About the role

The successful candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

Responsibilities

- Handle complex patent litigation cases. - Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies. - Provide expert testimony in court proceedings. - Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. - Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and technology trends.

Requirements

- Three to seven years of experience in patent litigation. - A background in electrical engineering, computer science, or artificial intelligence. - Active bar license in the state in which you reside or commitment to obtaining one as soon as possible. - Excellent academic credentials. - Superior interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

Pay

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in California, Chicago, Colorado, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington, and Washington, DC only is $215,000 to $260,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salaries in all other markets will vary depending on market data.
