What You'll Do

Role in the Operating Room
- Before the first incision, meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring.
- Throughout the procedure, continuously read electrophysiological data, spot early warning signs, and alert the surgical team in real time.
- Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff, influencing surgical decisions and patient outcomes through communication and expertise.
- Interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, helping make care better for both current and future patients.

This Role Is For
- Experienced IOM professionals ready to step in and make an immediate impact
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
- Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
- A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team
What to Expect on the Job
- An active, hands-on role in real surgical environments
- You'll be on your feet — standing, moving, and staying sharp for extended periods
- Transport and set up equipment (up to 45 lbs)
- Schedule flexibility required, including on-call availability
- Exposure to OR environments; adherence to safety protocols is essential
