What You'll Do

Protect Patients
Your role starts with meeting patients before surgery, reviewing their medical history, and explaining the importance of neuromonitoring. You are their last reassurance before the operation begins.
Partner with Surgeons
You work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff. Your expertise influences surgical decisions and patient outcomes. You communicate effectively and provide real-time alerts when necessary.
Team Collaboration
- Interpret complex waveforms
- Correlate findings with surgical events
- Document everything with precision
Data Integrity
Your records are crucial for patient care. You contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that care is better for future patients.
