What You'll Do
- Protect Patients
- Partner with Surgeons
- Make a Difference
Role in the Operating Room
- Meet with patients, review history, and explain neuromonitoring
- Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data
- Alert surgical team to early warning signs
- Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
- Interpret complex waveforms and document findings
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
- Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
- A communicator and a collaborator
Skills
- Advanced degree in neuroscience or a related field (a plus)
- Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities (a plus)
