What You'll Do

• Protect Patients

Role in the Operating Room

• Meet with patients, review history, and explain neuromonitoring
• Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data
• Alert surgical team to early warning signs
• Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Interpret complex waveforms and document findings
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
• Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
• A communicator and a collaborator

Skills

• Advanced degree in neuroscience or a related field (a plus)
• Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities (a plus)
