What You'll Do

Role in the Operating Room

• Before the first incision, meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring
• Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data
• Alert the surgical team in real time when early warning signs appear
• Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
• Interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
• Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
• A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team
