What You'll Do
- Protect Patients
- Partner with Surgeons

Role in the Operating Room
- Before the first incision, meet with patients, review their history, and explain neuromonitoring
- Continuous monitoring of electrophysiological data
- Alert the surgical team in real time when early warning signs appear
- Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
- Interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
- CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
- Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- AHA CPR certified | Valid Driver's License
- A communicator and a collaborator — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a surgical team
Bonus Points

- Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities
