About the role
The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to customers.
Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming invoices from vendors
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders and contracts
- Enter invoice data into the accounting system
- Prepare and send payment requests to customers
- Ensure all invoices are properly coded and categorized
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers
- Handle discrepancies and resolve billing issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with invoicing and accounts payable processes
- Basic understanding of financial statements and reports
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- 8 hours daily, Monday – Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
