Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring investment and portfolio performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Track and analyze fund- and investment-level metrics, including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and cash flows
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates
- Monitor portfolio company financial performance against budgets and investment cases
- Analyze KPIs, operating trends, and variance drivers across portfolio companies
- Support quarterly and annual portfolio reviews
- Assist with quarterly valuation processes in coordination with investment teams and third-party valuation providers
- Support documentation and data preparation for audits and valuation reviews
- Maintain valuation models, assumptions, and historical performance data
- Aid in the preparation of investor reports, quarterly letters, and performance summaries
- Avoid ad hoc reporting requests from investor relations and senior leadership
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across reporting outputs
- Maintain investment data across reporting systems and internal trackers
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, data accuracy, and automation
- Assist with documentation of reporting standards and best practices
Requirements
Education & Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and private equity performance concepts
- Familiarity with valuation methods and fund structures is a plus
