About the role
Cornerstone Servicing is looking for an Investor Reporting Analyst to join our team in Englewood, CO. This position will prepare investor reporting for various types of investors and remittance types ranging from private actual/actual deals to more complex private securities and oversight of agency portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly investor reports, remittances, and custodial account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with investor guidelines, pooling and servicing agreements (PSAs), and contractual requirements.
- Ensure servicing system and reports are in balance and monitor cash movement and advancement requirements.
- Coordinate loan movement and cash settlement activity between the Loan Boarding/Service Transfer group and the sellers.
- Perform complex cash, principal, interest, escrow, corporate advance, and custodial reconciliations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and exception resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments and understand the impact of servicing events on reporting.
- Complete special projects as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of professional accounting experience in a mortgage environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be well-organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
