About the role
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an Associate to join the Investment Management Practice Group in our New York office. Candidates must list the office in which they wish to be considered for in the requested cover letter.
Responsibilities
- Represent registered investment companies
- Prepare and review registration statements, offering documents, board meeting materials, investment management agreements, and related materials
Requirements
- At least 3 – 8 years of substantive experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and related regulations

Skills
- Substantive experience with securities regulation
- Experience with investment company and adviser regulations

Pay
The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position in the New York office is $260,000 - $435,000. Compensation for this position in other offices will vary; the anticipated compensation range for other locations is available here. Actual initial salary will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
