About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level or senior associate with 4-5 years of experience to join our private funds practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the formation and structuring of private equity and hedge funds, as well as experience with co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds.

Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate fund formation and structuring documents
- Manage complex transactions involving sophisticated sponsors and institutional investors
- Handle co-investments, secondary transactions, and GP-led liquidity solutions, including continuation funds
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in private funds, including private equity and hedge funds
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Sound commercial judgment
Pay
For positions in NY, the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on individual circumstances.
