Investigative Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a federal government client in Northern Virginia. Anticipated award: September/October 2026. Anticipated start: September/October 2026. Period of performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research and analysis to identify, assess, and document investigative leads related to personnel security, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, and insider threat matters.
- Applies critical thinking and sound judgment to develop findings and actionable recommendations.
- Produces well-written, concise, and accurate reports and communicates results to all levels of management in formats tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Manages cases and competing priorities in fast-paced, technology-driven environments while working effectively both independently and within teams.
- Demonstrates personal integrity, professionalism, and leadership that supports collaboration and respectful consensus building.
Requirements
- Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
- Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
- Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
- Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience
- Active TS/SCI with an FS Poly adjudicated within the last five (5) years
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud and infrastructure, architecture and design, or other related networking, cybersecurity, or technology disciplines.
Pay
Salary Range: $140,000 – $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding.
