FT Inventory Specialists take the lead to keep our store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. They also assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations among other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, exuding warmth and positive energy.
• Follow all policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Team Styles with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily operations of the business—including the coordination of daily operations, management of store inventory, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drive for results and contribute to the sales generation and goals of the store. Maintain a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH (sales per hour).

Requirements

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions to challenges.
• Detail-oriented while still maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in stores/self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.
