Inventory Specialist

About the role

The Inventory Specialist at Copart is responsible for managing the inventory of all vehicles at the facility, ensuring timely processing and maintaining a high standard of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document vehicle condition using company-provided tools and complete inventory and supporting photographs.
• Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate efficient processing of vehicle inventory.
• Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain the receiving area, monitor, and organize materials.
• Operate camera and handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine the operational capability of motor vehicles and complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs).
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, including operation of handheld devices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
