About the role
The Inventory Specialist at Copart is responsible for managing the inventory of all vehicles at the facility, ensuring timely processing and maintaining a high standard of documentation.
Responsibilities
- Document vehicle condition using company-provided tools and complete inventory and supporting photographs.
- Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to facilitate efficient processing of vehicle inventory.
- Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain the receiving area, monitor, and organize materials.
- Operate camera and handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles.
- Determine the operational capability of motor vehicles and complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs).
- Maintain inventory of all materials used.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including operation of handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Driver's license preferred.
- Bilingual skills a plus.

$18.00 - $20.29 per hour.
