Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform Shipping and Receiving of customer products
  • Perform incoming material verification and inspection activities in accordance with established procedures
  • Ensure materials meet identification, labeling, traceability, and documentation requirements
  • Keep running inventory of packaging materials and supplies
  • Support Clean Room Operations with materials and supplies
  • Maintain Records and Documentation
  • Stage Jobs for production
  • Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices as defined by FDA and the Eagle Medical quality Manual
  • Basic knowledge of the whole company work flow
  • Understand and help employees to understand GMP and Company Handbook
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory transactions
  • Conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventories
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure inventory traceability and material identification
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of replenishment needs
  • Verify inventory accuracy within ERP, inventory, or spreadsheet systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Environment

  • Work in a non-climate controlled environment (Hot and Cold)
  • Proper attire and proper personal protective equipment
  • No make-up, piercings, long or added fingernails
  • Fingernails to be short and with no polish or covering
  • No jewelry or watches to be worn

Title of the person to whom this position reports

The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Operations Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience Requirement: Must have Warehouse experience (Will train if well qualified in other skills)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and electronic inventory recordkeeping systems
  • General Knowledge: General knowledge of Shipping and receiving procedures, knowledge of weighing equipment, inventory measurement, and material handling practices, knowledge in UPS / FedEx procedures

Desirable Additional Qualifications

  • Good work ethics and attendance habits
  • Be a team player and able to work well with others
  • Be willing to work overtime
