Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing and inventory activities. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining supply rooms, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies to support operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials.
- Organize and stock supply rooms to ensure departments have necessary resources available.
- Place and track orders for supplies and consumable items.
- Receive, verify, and distribute incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information.
- Utilize computer systems to enter purchase orders, track inventory, and maintain records.
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and purchasing processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous inventory control, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
- Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory tracking practices.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
