Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to support daily purchasing and inventory activities. This entry-level role focuses on maintaining supply rooms, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering supplies to support operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials.
  • Organize and stock supply rooms to ensure departments have necessary resources available.
  • Place and track orders for supplies and consumable items.
  • Receive, verify, and distribute incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery information.
  • Utilize computer systems to enter purchase orders, track inventory, and maintain records.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory control and purchasing processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous inventory control, purchasing, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory tracking practices.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
