Inventory Manager

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Inventory Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all vehicle inventory, including new, used, and wholesale units.
• Manage inventory flow from acquisition to retail readiness, including inspections, detailing, photography, and merchandising.
• Cook with sales, service, and reconditioning teams to ensure timely vehicle turn-around.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in dealership management systems (DMS).
• Monitor market trends and pricing to assist with vehicle valuations and aging inventory strategies.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly stocked, tagged, photographed, and displayed for optimal visibility.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improved inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements

• No previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, vAuto, or similar).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Benefits

• $40,000/year salary.
