About the role

The Inventory Listings Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date listings for all products in the company’s inventory. This includes updating product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings
  • Update product descriptions, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product information is consistent across platforms
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
