Key Responsibilities
- Communicating critical stock-out situations and inventory concerns.
- Cooking new contract additions, removals, and changes.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service quality.
- Recommending value-added products and services to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
Oversee Daily Operational Processes
- Ensure all procedures and functions are performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; some college coursework or a college degree is preferred.
- MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation.
- At least one year of experience in Just-in-Time (JIT), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), or Third-Party Operations (3PO) within the aerospace industry.
- Proven experience providing outstanding customer service with direct customer and supplier interaction.
- Demonstrated success serving as a trusted company representative and liaison, consistently delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools is highly desirable.
