About the Role

Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company with a history spanning over two centuries. We are one of the largest bottlers of Coca-Cola in North America and distribute more than 50 beverage brands and flavors.

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience, extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems (SAP), analytical skills, strong PC skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted
• Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances
• Count and research and correct any variances in inventory
• Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers
• Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required

Requirements

• 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required
• Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP)
• Analytical Skills and ability to count
• Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
