Job Summary

Inventory Control Supervisor will have experience running an inventory control department in a high SKU base environment. Experience in setting up and executing cycle counting programs.

Responsibilities

• Managing physical inventories
• Supervising the daily activities of the inventory control staff
• Ensuring adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained
• Evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs
• Contributing to the development of processes and procedures

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge:
• Data Analysis
• Time management techniques
• Inventory control procedures
• Skilled In:
• Excel
• Working in a fast-paced, moving ecommerce department
• Written and verbal communication
• Ability To:
• Set up and execute cycle counting programs
• Supervise, control and manage, instruct and lead others to complete the assigned tasks
• Work within a team environment

Selective Preference

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related area as an inventory supervisor/manager; high school diploma or equivalent.
