Inventory Control Manager - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Lead and supervise the inventory control team, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Analyze inventory reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in inventory handling.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish to resolve inventory issues.

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years of experience in inventory control or management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Preferred: Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM), experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environment, experience working in a fast-paced 3PL or distribution setting.
