Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Lead and supervise the inventory control team, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Analyze inventory reports and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in inventory handling.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish to resolve inventory issues.
Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years of experience in inventory control or management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Preferred: Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM), experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environment, experience working in a fast-paced 3PL or distribution setting.
