Inventory Control Coordinator – Limited Term Employment
Position Summary
As the Inventory Control Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Forms Center, Mail Room, and General Business Services Office (GBSO) staff. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties such as:
- fulfilling order processing,
- record keeping,
- maintenance of the warehouse,
- disbursement of stock/items,
- restocking of inventory,
- sorting, and routing incoming mail,
- determining the most appropriate shipping method for outgoing mail as needed.
Salary Information
The starting pay is $19.44 per hour. Pay for current or former employees is set based on the rules that apply to compensation for the applicable transaction. This position is in pay schedule and range 03/10.
Qualifications
Minimally qualified applicants will have both of the following:
- Experience working in a warehouse, shipping/receiving hub, mailroom, or stockroom environment handling inventory.
- Experience or comfort operating powered industrial equipment, specifically electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
Job Details

This position has physical requirements which may include but are not limited to lifting up to 53 lbs. Applicants may be required to pass a physical evaluation to assess these requirements.
