Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels, tracking movement, processing orders, and identifying discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Liaise with purchasing and other departments, ensuring material availability, and providing reports on operations to management for process improvement.
  • Communicate with purchasing, production, and other internal departments to coordinate material flow and manage schedules.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, transactions, and operational results for management, often making recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to maintain inventory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years’ work experience in warehousing within manufacturing industry
  • Must always have the ability to wear all required PPE
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend and twist for 10 hours a day
  • Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, anticipate work to be done, work with minimum supervision, and have strong follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team
