Purchase and Receiving
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, and replenishing stock as needed.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring product trends and shortages.
- Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained through replenishment tasks, cycle counting, and return product management.
- Monitor and pull short-dated or expired products from active inventory.
- Manage returned goods according to standard operating procedures.
Operations Support
- Assist Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies.
- Maintain dispensing and back-stock refrigerators in a well-organized manner.
- Provide assistance with other duties as assigned.
Other Duties
- Monitor and pull short-dated or expired product from active inventory.
- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Physical Demands
This position may be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, and walk for multiple hours per day.
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Hawaii.
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.
Compensation
Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from $20.35-22.02/hr.
